Located southeast of Sandrigo the "Braida di San Vito" was, as the Longobard term suggests, a country estate farmed by the Benedictine Monks of the Vicentine monastery of San Felice. This religious order was also involved in the construction and functioning of villa Mezzalira, which is located in the town.
